We have worked alongside various programs and multiple grant managers over the past eight years. We have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience, managing projects through these various programs. Home Team Elevation is locally owned and operated. Our Team has over 100 years of combined experience in the the construction industry in New Orleans.

For more than a decade, Brad and Erin Daigle have designed and developed many unique properties in the New Orleans Metropolitan. This fun and hip couple has worked with many large elevation companies in the New Orleans Area. Their respect and knowledge of one another, has made them a dependable team.

Brad Daigle

Brad was born in Colorado and moved to New Orleans at the age of 4. Brad is a talented construction manager with more than ten years of success on various projects as an Independent Contractor. Who reacts quickly to complex situations on client projects making on the spot decisions using independent discretion and judgment.

Erin Daigle

Erin is a native of New Orleans. She is a self-made woman who has been Self Employed for over 25 years. She has been a licensed realtor in Louisiana since 2008. “I consider myself a fairly ambitious person. This entire business idea was born completely out of a dream I didn’t know I had… Home Team Elevation.”

Home Team Elevation & Construction, L.L.C. warrants the work performed at the below mentioned address, for the life of the structure.

The warranty is to correct future settlements in the part of the structure raised and/or stabilized by Home Team Elevation & Construction, L.L.C. designated by Home Team Elevation and/or Engineer. Any part of the structure that was not raised and/or stabilized by Home Team Elevation & Construction, L.L.C. shall not be covered by this warranty. If any adjustments are required during the life of this structure due to settling, our company contractor will re-raise or re-stabilize areas previously underpinned without cost to the owner.

In addition, this warranty shall be null and void if:

A) The structure suffers any major structural damage as a result of a fire, vandalism, flood, earth movement, earthquake, tornado or storm damage,
B) The structure is on a fault,
C) There is an excavation to a depth in excess of three feet with a horizontal distance of three feet from the foundation, or
D) soil slumping, tree root damage, plumbing leaks or erosion undermine the foundation,
E) Structural defects.

The warranty is not binding upon Contractor unless contractor is paid in full by Homeowner.
